The Denim Bears, Jointed Teddy pattern

The Denim Bears, a 90cm (35 1/2") jointed teddy by Gerry's Teddy and Craft Designs

Materials you will need:-
Fat 1/4 of fur fabric (for head, lower arms and lower legs)
Calico or cotton fabric (for upper arms, upper legs and body)
Contrast for paw pads
Pair of 16mm glass eyes or 16mm plexi safety eyes
65mm lock nut or cotter pin joint set (which includes 10x65mm wooden discs, 5 lock nuts and 5 screws or 5 split pins, 10 small washers)
Perle embroidery thread
Polyester stuffing
Sewing thread to match fabric
Waxed dental floss or coarse thread
Fray stoppa

Tools:
Ring spanner for lock nut
Screw driver
Pointed pliers or cotter turning tool if using split pins
Long doll needle
Regular sewing needles
Small pointed scissors
Stuffing stick

Clothing:
The Denim Bears have been designed to fit into childrens clothing approx size 1 to 2 and shoes size 4 to 5.
